Nightmares Before Christmas

My good friend and esteemed colleague, Karen Balle from ExactTarget, asked me to do a themed guest post for her blog "Empty Your Cup". I don't often get to do amusing things in the course of my job, so I was happy to do it. Inspiration struck and I wrote her a poem about Christmas from an ISP's point of view. Check it out!
